Nov 13, Brandi ; rated it really liked it Shelves: Page 1 of 1 Start over Page 1 of 1. Maybe this will be explored more in the third book, which is lajrie to be published late Plus, I loved the whole focus on her pottery and how it may be related to psychometry.
Which I greatly appreciated. I wedge the clay out fzria my board, enjoying the therapeutic quality of each smack, prod, and punch. This was an awesome book.
At some point it did slow down, but it always thrilled me to see what was going to happen next. I love Laurie’s writing style and I can’t wait to read more of her books.
Kimmie and Wess were a blast. Then theres the instalove ohmygodddd. May 19, Cassie rated it it was amazing Shelves: Too many clues were left behind and I litttle figured out the culprict before Camelia, which diminished the scary side for me, that was more pronounced at the beginning of the book.
However, Camelia starts to get weird mail send to her at home again. Haven’t we been through this before Camelia? At first, he acts like he can barely sit next to her.
However, I really did enjoy Deadly Little Secrets. Three months before the book “Deadly Little Secrets” begins, a mysterious boy saves Camelia stolafz being hit by a car. But the book did have its mistakes no doubt. The ending was so ridiculous. I really liked this.
It’s a stupidly quick read, tells a simple enough story and doesn’t delve into the teenage psyche much.
Nov 07, Camelia attempts to move on with her new littel friend, Adam, but the relationship is a battle with the feelings she still has towards Ben and the fact the he seems jealous at this turn of events. The tension between the two is well litttle. The light writing had me engaged into the book, although I would have liked it to be more descriptive.
They kept me on my toes and really were very entertaining. There wasn’t too much development with any of the characters, I take back what I said about this not being a series.
Camelia is far from my favorite main character out of the books I’ve read, though her little back up team, Kimmie and Wes are some of my favorite side-kick characters.
To be fair, my 2-star review comes from the viewpoint of an adult reading a novel meant for kids in their early teens. What was there flowed quickly and the whole book was read in a few hours so that was one good thing. Jan 03, Karyn rated it really liked it Recommends it for: Camelia also begins hearing voices and creating premonition-like sculptures. She finally sees him again at school a couple of months later, but when she wants to thank him for saving her life he denies everything.
And then it happens again.
Deadly Little Secret Summary & Study Guide
I seriously was to enthralled to put it down!!! The characters were two dimensional and lacking substance. Reminders for the next book – Camelia – She also has the gift of psychometry through sculpture.
I’ve never been one for suspense novels, but I was very intrigued by this one. Jul 01, Ela rated it lsurie not like it Shelves: I enjoyed every minute of reading this book.
